How about pets? We "share" a dog with my SO's mom... we get her for the winter while she goes south, she takes her through the summer usually, but we have had her since September of LAST year, so perhaps she is ours now?

If you had $1,000 to spend any way you wanted, what would you spend it on? (You can't pay bills with it!!) I would take my family skiing for the weekend. None of us have ever done it, so there would be A LOT to buy!
