It is just all so sad. There is a whole movement around suicides related to bullying it is called, Bullycide. Sad that there is a name for bullying online that causes suicide.

This is why the anti-bullying movement is so important my dear. :ita:
Remember the Wanda's Song video on my Myspace page? That's what it's about.....or similar incidents.

I was SO glad to see that this mom was being charged. I'm sorry, adults should not play games with other people's children. I was afraid she was going to get away with it as I know there was some confusion over what they could charge her with but I am so glad they came up with something.

I agree. :( Adults shouldn't play games, period. But especially with a child. :disgust:

This is a terribly sad story and I am glad that these people are being charged.
It also emphasized the tremendous importance of keeping on talking with our children and insisting on knowing what is going on in their lives -and to keep teaching them to ask for help when they are sad or upset, rather than feeling alone and desperate.
There are many kinds of danger in the world and two of the best tools we can give our children is to know how recognize danger and to be persistent in asking for help.
